My name is Avery! I am a sagittarius sun, scorpio rising, cancer moon and a life path #9! Essentially, this means I am a passionate, intense, little all over the place, deeply emotional diva who wants to experience anything and everything this life has to offer. I believe that life is one big adventure meant to be lived to the absolute fullest!
I operate on the core belief that we are ALL GOD. God/Source/Spirit/Universe/Creator whatever you want to call it. I believe that you, me, the trees outside, and the blooming flowers are all incarnations of the Universe experiencing itself. I believe that as humans, our mission during this life is to remember this inherent divinity that lives deep within us all and to spread this good news for all to hear.

Mental Health Advocacy
Starting my junior year of college, I've struggled with anxiety, apathy around living, deep insecurity, and disordered eating. After years of self medicating with unconventional forms of self-harm, an ARFID and OCD diagnosis, some therapy, and a whole lot of tears later, I have found recovery and so much gratitude for this existence. Healing is not linear and staying earthside is very hard work. There will always be highs and there will always be lows, but with a little time and effort, we can work together to give you the tools you need to keep enjoying this life. Whatever help you need to stay earthside, I encourage you to get it. I love you and know that the world is a better place because you are in it.
Service Through Care
I'm an oncology nurse and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner student with dreams of opening a psychedelic medicine retreat center. Being a nurse has fundamentally changed the way I view life and just how precious every single moment of it is. I believe that nursing is a deeply spiritual practice and that the most important nursing is found, not in the medicine, but in the in-between moments. Nursing is to care for another's soul, and it is the greatest honor to dedicate my life to serving others. ​
​Traveling Our Planet
There are very few things I enjoy more than sitting on a park bench in a town that is not my own and watching the world go by. My career as a a registered nurse has given me the time and freedom to travel all over our perfect planet. Whether its solo travel or a girls trip, I believe traveling to be an essential part of the human experience and where real growth can manifest. I would be honored to help you plan your next adventure!
